Guys did a great job servicing my furnace & getting some issues repaired that others couldn't figure out
Very busy guy ,but finds time to build relationships with his clients. as a service professional myself I Appreciate that if your talented your gonna be busy..you get what you pay for and every penny I spent was worth it. Fyi nh contractors are busy. And they are the best
He didn't finish our job either. There was a piece of pipe on our pellet boiler that needed to be attached, and he did not come back to finish the work. A year later our $7000 system (with a $3k install by RDP) wasn't working. We found out from a second plumber that the valve in our piping was facing the wrong direction! We had to hire someone else because RDP wouldn't even return our phone calls.
I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service that I received from RDP Water Systems. The technician, Chis, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very willing to explain the issues that I was having with my water heater, and provide several helpful tips for owner-maintenance to keep the system running well.

The previous review was very misleading. The only portion of the job not completed, was a 3' section of wood baseboard that needed to be reinstalled. We normally do not do this sort of work, as it is carpentry-related. Certianly NOT "5%'' of the total job.
Of course I hope to not have many other water / plumbing issues in future, but if that is required, I will certainly be calling RDP first!
