I bought a new wood stove from Sons about 4 years ago. They were very professional while doing the insert and answered every question I had. They showed me all the best ways to use my stove. I have had them come out every year since to clean my chimney...they always come in the timeframe I was given, do a through job, go above and beyond in the cleanup process and are very personable. I would NOT go with any other company! From placing the service call to the end result, everyone I have delt with has always gone above and beyond. It's a pleasure doing business with you all!
They were both knowledgeable, professional and courteous, ensure I fully understood what was happening and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They went far out of their way to ensure my house was spotless after they left.

No showed today, kept us waiting 3 hours, then claimed went to an address we left 8 years ago, despite a confirming phone call last week. Second bad experience with them. Never again.
Chris and Evan came to install a lock top dampener for me however after a thorough investigation of the chimney they discovered a better method to get the results I wanted. I expected it would cost more, but wanted to make sure I had the best option regardless of cost. Instead, their new solution COST LESS!! I've never had that happen before.
We have had problems with one of our chimneys since we built our house in 1988. Smokey, downdrafts, lots of creosote, and very poor draft unless it was really cold outside. Tried a number of solutions--some helped, but nothing really worked. Based on the recommendation of a friend, we called Son's. Took a while to get all the details worked out, but we ended up having the chimney re-lined with insulation surrounding the pipe. New thimble inside and a new cap. We could not be more pleased with the results! I can honestly say that starting a fire is now a "one-match" procedure, without even pre-heating the flue. We are very happy customers.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. So happy I didn't let these people in my home. Please find someone else if your reading this!
